Become a Trustee
We are recruiting for Trustees to join our Board.
We’re looking for women who share our feminist values and want to help make a lasting difference in our community. As a trustee, you’ll work alongside a supportive board to provide strategic direction, oversee the charity’s governance and financial sustainability, and help ensure we continue delivering high-quality services for survivors.

We believe that a strong team includes a wide variety of perspectives, backgrounds, identities, skills, and life experiences, and we welcome applications from all women, including black and minoritised women, disabled women, lesbian, bisexual and queer women, older and younger women, and women from a range of socio-economic, cultural and faith backgrounds. This post is open to women only under the provisions of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
We value commitment and shared values as much as qualifications and experience, and all Trustees will receive induction, training, and support to assist them with the role. Although this is an unpaid role, we do cover expenses.
Whether you are an experienced trustee or considering your first Board role, if you have enthusiasm, good judgement and a commitment to our mission, we’d love to hear from you.
